Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through solomon-fx.com operated by Solomon FX. It supplements our Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility window (5 days)

Refund requests for paid orders must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the order creation date shown in your account. After this period, new refund requests are no longer accepted.

2. Digital products and services

Many of our offerings (courses, digital downloads, software access, signals, or similar) are delivered electronically. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, all sales of digital products and services may be final once access is granted or content is made available.

3. Physical goods (if applicable)

If we sell physical items, return eligibility, restocking fees, and shipping costs for returns will be stated on the product page or order confirmation. Items must be returned in original condition unless defective.

4. Subscriptions and recurring billing

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you select until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. 5. How to request a refund

Submit your request from the relevant order page in your account, then provide a clear reason. We may ask for additional details to verify your purchase and eligibility.

6. Review and processing

Refund requests are reviewed by our team. If approved, we will send a refund proposal and may request your receiving bank details. Once marked complete, transfer timing can vary by banks and payment processors.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period (often 5–14 business days), depending on banks and payment processors.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate access pending resolution.
